Meet Natasha
Natasha Siryj (She/Her) is the founder of Practice Inclusion.
Natasha has Lived and Living Experience of Autism, ADHD and Mental ill Health and lives with a chronic health condition. Natasha also has experience as a carer. She is passionate about inclusive practices, the power of individual voices and the use of Lived Experience to drive change. Natasha brings over 20 years of professional experience to Practice Inclusion.
Natasha is a qualified teacher, has undertaken educational research and has worked in a variety of settings including community services, education and local government. She has presented at conferences and symposiums, sharing her own lived experience of being an Autistic individual, and has been a speaker on lived experience storying, consultancy and co-design. Natasha has experience in delivery of teacher professional development, having developed and delivered training to teachers across Australia.
Natasha also regularly delivers professional development to individuals and organisations on a number of topics including Intentional Sharing of Lived and Living Experience and Autism Awareness.
